Shipping Policy

At Soft Serve, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely. Please read the details of our shipping process below:


Order Processing

  • Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed.

  • Orders placed after Friday 11:00 AM will be dispatched the following Monday.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email


Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of order.

  • Delivery may occasionally take longer depending on your location and courier delays.

  • In some cases, your order may arrive earlier than expected.


Delivery Delays

While we prioritize every order, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address

  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events

  • Remote / Out-of-Delivery-Area (ODA) locations where courier service is limited

For remote/ODA locations, delivery may take longer than usual, and delivery timings are not guaranteed.

Important Note

  • We do not guarantee exact delivery timelines as shipping is handled by third-party logistics providers. Once the package is handed over to the courier, it is beyond our direct control, though we actively coordinate to ensure timely delivery.

  • Dispatches & deliveries are usually not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
