Refund & Exchange Policy

At Soft Serve, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds.  However, if there is an issue with your order, we will happily offer a replacement.


Replacements & Exchanges

  • You may request a replacement/exchange if:

    • The product arrives damaged or defective

    • You receive the wrong item, size, or color

    • You face a genuine size issue (We may allow a one-time size exchange. Please ensure you consult our size guide before placing an order to avoid sizing concerns.)

  • To request an exchange: 

    • You must contact us at shopsoftserveclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

    • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

    • For size-related exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. (Please wait for confirmation before shipping the product back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.)

    • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will ship the replacement/exchanged item


Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please inform us within 24 hours. Beyond this timeframe, we may not be able to resolve the issue with our courier partners.


Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, accessories, and custom/personalized products cannot be replaced or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect.
